When asking our employees what Kronos Solar stands for as an employer, this is what we hear:

“Flat hierarchical structures, professionalism, results-orientation, pragmatism, entrepreneurship, drive, a “can-do” mentality, independent working atmosphere, true purpose and making a difference, teamwork and fun.”

Working in Solar Development means working “off the beaten path”. The origination of new projects means that where we go, we create something new and possibly locally unknown. It takes an entrepreneurial attitude, the ability to see and work on the big picture, The will and skill to create support amongst people never before in touch with Renewables to bring our projects to life. This is both, an exciting opportunity, and also a responsibility because only when Renewables receive support, we can eventually deliver them at the scale that is fundamentally needed.

If you think this could excite you, Kronos Solar may be a great Employer for you.

As a fast growing company, we constantly seek to expand our team of professionals across the globe. If you are looking for a job, you can find our current job postings on Indeed and Linkedin.
